How the Loyalty Program Works

Every time you make a purchase with OYT Perks, you automatically earn 5% loyalty based on your total purchase amount. This reward is added to your personal OYT Perks account and can be used as a discount on your next purchase.

You can choose to use your reward on your next purchase or continue collecting it over time for a bigger discount later.

Example:
If your total purchase is $100, you will receive $5 in cash back/discount. This $5 will appear in your OYT Perks account and can be applied to reduce the cost of a future order.

Expiry & Validity

All loyalty rewards earned through OYT Perks are valid for 2 years from the date they are added to your account.
After 2 years, any unused rewards will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed.

Any points, discounts or “cash back” earned cannot be redeemed for anything other than a further discount on your next purchase.

OYT Perks can not be redeemed for cash or credit, or anything other than their intended purpose.
They can not be refunded.
When used in connection with this program, the terms cash and cashback describe loyalty rewards only. They are not real cash, have no monetary value outside the program, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for actual currency.

How to Earn

  • in-store when joining OYT Perks.
  • Earn 5% Loyalty back on every in‑store purchase.
  • Example: Spend $50 → Earn $2.50 Loyalty.

How to Redeem

Loyalty can be redeemed at any Off Ya Tree store as a separate payment type. There is no minimum required — use it as soon as it's earned.

Expiry

  • Loyalty expires 2 years after your last purchase.
  • If no purchase is made within 24 months, your balance expires.
  • Expiration resets every time loyalty is earned or redeemed.

How Loyalty Amounts Work

All loyalty amounts are automatically calculated using the current loyalty percentage and applied to eligible products.

How to Join

Customers can join OYT Perks easily at checkout during any in‑store purchase.

Earning Loyalty

Loyalty is earned on all purchases paid in full. When part of a purchase is paid using loyalty, rewards apply only to the remaining balance.

Example: If 20% is paid with loyalty, points are earned on the other 80%.

Viewing Loyalty Earned

Each in‑store receipt displays the loyalty earned from that transaction.
