Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Important Update: Changes to Gift Cards
We want to let you know about some upcoming changes to how our gift cards can be used.
Due to a recent increase in online scams and fraud in Australia, we have had to make the difficult decision to stop offering gift cards for online purchase or redemption.
Here’s what this means:
- From 1 December 2025, gift cards purchased in-store can only be used for in-store shopping.
- Gift cards purchased before 1 December 2025 can still be used online, but you’ll need to contact our customer service team to complete your purchase.
- To make things as smooth as possible, we recommend using any gift cards online before 1 December 2025.
We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Protecting our customers is our top priority; therefore, this change is necessary to do so.
If you have any questions or need help, please reach out to our online team. We are always happy to assist.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
NOTICE: The Sale of gift cards online are unavailable. Please visit your nearest store to purchase gift cards. Gift cards can still be redeemed online.
Gift Cards are redeemable for goods and services only, and the balance cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or redeemed for cash.
A Gift Card has no value unless activated in the Issuer’s gift card system and payment has been made.
A Gift Card must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued, refunded or honoured if lost or stolen.
The Gift Card is valid for multiple uses until the balance is depleted or it has reached the expiry date.
If the purchase price exceeds the Gift Card's balance, the gift card holder must pay the difference using another payment method.
No change will be given and any balance on the Gift Card may only be used in whole or part against future purchases.
The Gift Card will expire 3 years from the date of purchase. Unused balances will remain on the card and are not redeemable for cash.
