With Christmas fast approaching, we wanted to let you know about a few temporary changes to our dispatch times and customer service availability.

Delivery Dates are based on dispatch from our Victoria, Melbourne Location

📦 Warehouse & Dispatch Holiday Closure
Our team will be taking a well-earned break from December 25th, 2025 and re-opening on January 5th, 2026.
Last Shipping Day
- Last day shipping orders will be December 24th - Get in early!
During the Closure Period

Express Shipping will be unavailable from December 19th to January 5th, as we won’t have staff on-site to process urgent orders.
- All orders placed during the break will begin shipping from Monday, January 5th onwards.
💬 Customer Service
Our customer service responses will also be delayed during the closure period.
