FAQ - Can I bring my own jewellery?
In the interest of customer health and safety, we do not accept jewellery brought in by the customer for initial piercings
as we cannot determine the origin of the jewellery, the quality of the material, and the liability associated with the damage that
may come about through the sterilization process. This is not negotiable under any circumstances.
All Punktured Body Jewellery used for initial piercings are sterilized in accordance to the Australian standards of
practice for Body Piercing, respective to each state's Health Department regulations for the industry.

Proof of Age Requirements
All customers are required to provide photographic ID on the day.
Customers under 16 years old, must have a parent attend the studio with you on the day, with photo ID
of their own, also providing supporting documents such as a Medicare card with the child's name to prove
the relationship in order to sign as the legal guardian of the person(s) acquiring the piercing(s).
